Questions about bookings:

You can make a booking via our website, via the Fridays Rewards app or over the phone. Locate your nearest restaurant here - or call us on 03331501300
We recommend booking a table with us in advance for a hassle-free experience, at busy times we may have limited availability. You can book online by here -
We ask for card details in order to secure your booking, but no money will be taken from your account as long as you attend the booking or cancel within the 4 hour period.
Yes, you sure can!
This varies between our restaurants due to individual licensing laws, for further information please contact our Fridays store and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancel or amend your reservation here - Click ‘change or cancel’ existing booking and enter your booking reference which can be found on your booking confirmation email.
Each of our stores has a specific availability so please contact us on 0333150300 or drop us a message here - - and we will be able to look into your booking enquiry for you.
Our booking system is set up whereby we need a full name, contact phone number and email address. This is so we can contact you regarding your booking should we need to.
Reservation times are set by the restaurant depending on the number of guests in your party. If you feel like you would need more time please speak to our friendly team when arriving at Fridays.

Questions about our food:

We do not disclose exact nutritional content on our menu. Please be assured that all our dishes are developed and prepared to the highest standards. Many of our dishes are oven or pan baked and we’re happy to substitute side dishes for preferred alternatives.
Yes, all of our menus now have the calorie content included for each dish. For more information and to view our menu -
We have a range of vegan choices and can also make a number of our other dishes to vegan specifications. Check out our vegan menu at
We have a number of gluten free options on our menu. Our friendly team can go through these in detail with you when you arrive.
You can view our allergens menu by here - Please note that unfortunately it isn't possible to guarantee that any product is 100% free from any allergen, due to the risk of cross-contamination in our busy kitchens.
At the moment we don't currently offer halal produce in our restaurants.
We do, just inform your server who will be happy to warm your baby food up for you and we have a range of free baby food available in our stores, just check with one of our friendly team when you arrive.
We are always looking to improve our menu with the best of our Fridays Favourites. You never know your old fave may make a reappearance like our tantalising quesadillas! Have a look at our menu and we’re sure you will find a new fave!
Although our kids menu is recommended for our younger guests, there is no age limit set for kids.
We understand how much our Fridays Fans love our Legendary Glaze! Unfortunately, our recipe is top secret and can only be purchased with our meals!

Questions about Fridays Click & Collect:

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for allergies on orders placed through Click & Collect as we cannot guarantee their risk from contamination when they leave our restaurant.
There is no minimum spend on our Click & Collect orders
Yes, you can earn stripes on Click & Collect and Fridays Delivered orders and can be redeemed when dining in a Fridays store and cannot be used for Click & Collect orders.
At the moment gift cards can't be used on Click & Collect or delivery orders. Apologies for the inconvenience
If you’d like to cancel your order and it is more than an hour before your collection time, please contact the Fridays store you have placed your order through quoting your confirmation number which can be found on the confirmation email in the top left-hand corner, starts with a # and is usually 8 digits long. If you would like to cancel an order less than an hour before collection we cannot guarantee we will be able to refund your account.
We're sorry you are missing items from your order. If you can return to the store, the team will be able to assist with your missing items. Alternatively, contact the Fridays store you placed your order with for further support.
When arriving at a Fridays store please speak to a friendly member of our team who will be able to assist you in retrieving your order placed.
Unfortunately you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with and they will process this.

Celebrating at Fridays?

We will always try to cater for Birthday parties and group bookings. Please contact 03331501300 in order for the team to check this and go through the options with you.
Of course! We LOVE Birthdays at Fridays! Just let us know either at the point of booking or when you arrive and our team will celebrate with you!
Of course! You can bring your own birthday cake if you wish or if you want to save it for celebrations at home we will provide a slice of birthday cake for the person celebrating and sing a super happy birthday song to the person celebrating their special day. Questions about accessibility:

Yes, we have wheelchair access in our stores, however there may be areas within the restaurant that may not be accessible.
We cater for all guests who have a range of mobility, however there may be areas within the restaurant that may not be accessible to all guests.
We allow guests to bring pushchairs into our stores, we do ask that you put this in your booking comments to ensure that we have suitable space near your table.
We welcome working dogs into our store and relevant documentation may be required upon arrival. If you are making a booking ahead of your visit, please include this information in the comments on your booking.
Fridays is all about the atmosphere so we do have music in our stores and can never anticipate how many people will be visiting us at one time. If you can let us know at the time of your booking then our team will do everything they can to sit you in a quieter part of the restaurant where possible.

Questions about Bottomless Brunch:

Mondays - Thursday bottomless brunch is available all day. Thursday - Sunday last booking time is at 2pm.
Our bottomless brunch bookings are for 90 minutes where you can enjoy as many bottomless drinks as you would like within this time.
There is no maximum amount of guests that can be in one party but this is dependent on restaurant availability. The minimum number of guests to enjoy our bottomless is two.
Yes, of course! Please speak to a manager on duty whilst at the restaurant to discuss your allergy requirements.
Indeed! This comes at a supplement of £5 per person dining and all guests would have to upgrade in order to enjoy bottomless cocktails.
We have a Bottoms up Brunch in Scotland where guests can enjoy a platter for two and 4 drinks of either prosecco, Fridays American Pilsner, Orange juice, less than 0.5% ABV Clean Co. gin & tonic, for £29.95 per person.
The 90 minute table time starts from the time of your booking so if you are running late this will limit your time at the table.

If you're signed up to our Fridays Reward app you’ll be able to redeem your stripes or use your reward in one single transaction during a dine – in visit, both cannot be used together.
If you're signed up to our Fridays Reward app, yes, you can use as many stripes as you would like or earned.
